Geoff Lambert lives in a two-bedroom apartment in the Archer building within Thornton.

He bought the property off the plan in 2015 and moved in four months ago.

“I’m really happy living in Thornton,” he said. “I work in Sydney so it’s great to have the train station so close as well as all the nearby shops.”

Geoff is particularly happy with the open feel of his new home.

“The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan, so it works really well when I have friends or family around,” he said.

Geoff said he was impressed with the high level of security and the diligence of the building management team.

“There’s always someone working on the grounds or cleaning the corridors,” he said.

Geoff relocated from Concord West to Thornton to be closer to his adult children.

In doing so, he’s returned to his old stomping ground.

“I lived in Penrith for 30 years so I know it well and was happy to come back, it’s a great place to live,” he said.
