Property owners described Thornton as a community “on the rise” when viewing their new luxury apartments for the first time on 22 September.

The owners of apartments in The Pavilions East were given a tour of their property and then joined all residents as together they were treated to a community BBQ, Thornton style, with gourmet delights, face painting, music and more.

The Pavilions East is a 10-storey tower, a mirror to The Pavilions West, made up of 102 apartments, including 26 stunning penthouse apartments.

One couple described their new home as “divine”, while others praised the investment potential of Thornton and Penrith itself.

Deborah Landes said with Western Sydney Airport and the Sydney Science Park both now under construction, Thornton is set to benefit from private and government investment flooding into the City.

Indeed, on first seeing their new home or investment property, the owners were “highly impressed”, not just with their apartment, but with the fantastic location, sense of community and stunning views – to the mountains, across the newly named Ron Mulock Oval and the Thornton canal.

“Thornton is truly unique in Penrith and a community ahead of its time,” Ms Landes said.
