The Pavilions, two 10-storey towers are set to join the Thornton apartment and retail precinct in 2018.

204 apartments are spread across the two towers, 26 of which are two-storey penthouses. When completed they stand to be the tallest residential buildings in Penrith City.

The West Pavilion Tower is ready, with Grand Reveal and Settlement happening in the first week of March 2018. The East Pavilion Tower is due to be completed by September 2018.

“These Apartments, especially the Penthouses, are the most luxurious in the precinct and the first of their kind in Penrith,” Deborah Landes, Executive Director, First Point Property said.

Ms Landes said all apartments in The Pavilions are filled with natural light, include wide corridors and quality finishes.

She believes it was this edge, that has positioned Thornton above any market competitors and that saw properties sell out in record time in 2015.

The two main groups of Purchasers in The Pavilions were local couples looking to downsize and young, single First Home Buyers.

“The downsizers are thrilled to have the chance to stay in the city they love without compromising on quality or lifestyle, and the first home buyers love the affordability, transport options and the inner-city vibe,” Ms Landes said.

“Until now, you had to move to the city to live in a cosmopolitan, bustling neighbourhood. Penrith is attracting more and more quality cafes and shops, and people want to be part of it.”

The Pavilions and indeed Thornton have paved the way for a better connected, vibrant Penrith of the future.
