According to the Domain Liveable Sydney 2016 study, by Tract Consultants and Deloitte Access Economics, Penrith is one of the most liveable suburbs in western Sydney. Penrith is ranked the most liveable suburb in the west behind Parramatta and the surrounding suburbs of Harris Park and Rosehill.
With Penrith soon to become another CBD and the future Western Sydney Airport, dramatic increases in property prices are expected around western and south-west suburbs.
A recent NAB Property Survey also rated Penrith as one of four NSW suburbs tipped to have above average capital growth over the next 12 months.
Living and investing in Penrith is certainly set for a bright future.
