AUGUST 2016 UPDATE

Designs are being drawn up for the retail and hospitality hub at Thornton, a 5,500sqm precinct that will provide residents with high-quality amenities, retail and restaurants right on their doorstep.

The precinct will include two levels of undercover parking, a gym, medical centre, childcare facilities, supermarket, eat street and a number of speciality shops.

MAY 2016 UPDATE

Did you know that up to 20,000 commuters pass through Penrith Station every day? Stuart Ayres, Member for Penrith recently announced that the NSW Government will upgrade Penrith station. With works commencing mid-2016, the upgrade will include new lifts and stairs to the platforms, an upgraded station concourse, improved bus, taxi and drop and ride areas, and upgrades to lighting and CCTV.

FEBRUARY 2016 UPDATE
